About Luisana "Lucy" Zavarce-Silva

Originally from Venezuela, specifically Valencia, I embarked on a journey to the United States with my family at the age of 18, seeking a safer and brighter future. Now, as a proud U.S. citizen since 2007, I find joy as a single pup-mom to two lively chihuahuas, Mia and Zoe. Family has always been my anchor—I’m the only girl among my loving parents, three brothers, and seven nieces and nephews.

With a background in the medical field, including roles as a trauma registrar, HR professional, and expert in medical coding and insurance, I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others. Transitioning into real estate felt like a natural progression—a chance to continue making a positive impact by guiding families toward their dream homes.

My journey began at KW South Tampa, where I cherished every moment of growth, soaked up knowledge, and formed meaningful connections with fellow agents. Now, I’m embarking on a new chapter, brimming with excitement and determination to elevate my career to new heights. With a hunger for knowledge and a passion for helping others, I’m ready to dive into this adventure, aiming to double those GCI digits and make a lasting impact in the lives of those I serve.
